SR 450 Petrol Mistblower: Backpack mistblower with 2-MIX engine

Powerful 2-in-1 backpack mistblower for spraying large areas of liquid and dusting and spraying granules. With a spraying distance of up to 14.5 metres and easy to use functions, this model allows you to work efficiently and in comfort. The 2 in 1 conversion mechanism allows you to switch from spraying liquid to dusting granules in no time.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.

COMFORTABLE CARRYING SYSTEM

FOR EFFORTLESS WORK. Thanks to the optimised weight distribution, the comfortable carrying system enables you to work with minimum fatigue and high comfort even during longer periods of use. The breathable backrest pad makes it comfortable to wear.

SINGLE-HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE

COMFORTABLE OPERATION. Thanks to the single-handed multi-function handle, you can control your tool easily and reliably with one hand. Because all relevant control elements are integrated in the handle, it can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users.

14-LITRE TANK WITH LARGE FILLER OPENING

The 14-litre container offers exceptional capacity. You can work for longer before having to refill. Filling is quick and clean with the large filler opening. Spillages are kept to a minimum and the container is easy to clean. (similar to illustration)

2-IN-1 CONVERSION MECHANISM

The universal SR 450 can be switched easily from spraying to dusting at the turn of a handle. No need for a separate conversion kit or specialist technical skills.

GRID

With the three grids that you can assemble, you can change the spray jet’s shape and direction. Taper grids, diffraction grating and double diffraction grating are standard features.

METERING SYSTEM WITH EASY METERING LEVER

The large metering lever for dusting or spraying granules is just below the control handle. With just one movement, you can switch the flow of powder on and off, and set the exact concentration in fine intermediate stages.
